College library is located in a spacious
new building of 9000 Sq. ft. The library
is open to students and staff members from
7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. on all working days.
The library has a rich collection of 26,800
volumes of text books, reference books,
national and international journals in all
branches of Engineering, Science, Technology,
Management and General Studies and the collection
is ever increasing. The books are classified
according to Dewey Decimal Classification
scheme. Open access system is followed in
the library. |

and subscribes 243 journals of which
157 National and 86 International journals and 120 E-Journals.
The library receives regularly Journals,
news letters from organizations and
societies like IEEE, IETE, IEI, CII,
NASSCOM, ESC, BHEL, CEERl, ERDA, BARC,
NRDC, ISTE, ISTD, SESI, NGS, EFUAI, ISRS, lAS, ASI, NISCAIR, CSI
& Nuclear Power Corporation of India
and provides the staff and students
latest informations in technical education,
research and development activities.

The College library subscribes to IEEE online. The IEEE / IEE Electronic Library (IEL) covers almost one third of the world's current electrical engineering and computer science literature. It provides unparalleled access to publications from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEEE). The resource covers more than 9,50,000 documents from over 12,000 publications, including 120 journals, transactions, magazines, conference proceedings and IEEE Standards. More than 25,000 new pages are added per month. It provides access to more than two million full-page PDF images, including all original charts, graphs, diagrams, photographs and illustrative material.

The
college is an institutional member of
IIT Library, Anna University Library and
British Council Library, Chennai to facilitate
the staff and students to borrow books,
journals and video programmes that are
not available in the institution.

library is equipped with computerised On-line
Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) for searching
availability of books and CD-ROMs. Barcode system
is followed in all transactions.
